At Sevin Rosen Funds, Dan is responsible for the executive search and human capital needs of the firm and its portfolio companies. Dan works closely with the leaders of SRF's portfolio companies to identify and recruit key executive talent.

As Talent Partner for SRF, Dan is building and maintaining a network of executive talent in relevant industries. He is responsible for developing and managing programs that facilitate recruiting and retaining executive talent for SRF's portfolio companies.

"I enjoy working closely with diverse teams in the demanding start-up environment," comments Dan. "Nothing is more satisfying to me than building a management team that goes on to do great things."

Dan has more than 17 years of experience in management and executive recruiting. He joined SRF from Austin Ventures where he served as director of talent. Prior to Austin Ventures, Dan was a senior vice president with Tuttle Venture Group, an executive search firm with heavy focus on emerging growth technology companies.
